We promised the kids to bring them to the beach before school starts. It could have been Bora, but then some things came up, like Isha's vacation to the US in early April. Oh that means we no longer have the extra moolah to spend supposedly for the Bora trip. Anyways just to hold true to the promise, we brought them to Subic. The water was clean but the shore is not long enough. Maybe I was just used to the long stretch of white sand at Bora. Enuf complaining. We had fun actually. This is only the 2nd time that the kids have been to the beach. They don't actually remember their first time coz they were like 2 and 4 at that time. All they remember is this - they don't like to step on the sand coz they find it dirty, hehe.
Josh has been playing every afternoon for an hour at the 4th floor (supposedly our badminton court, but still unfinished). I even joined them one afternoon coz I heard their voices and they were having so much fun. I really didn't intend to play that afternoon. But seeing them having a great time, I joined them, too lazy to change into the correct footwear. Too scared to play in my havaianas, I played barefoot (yeah call me cheapskate or something). The result? I had blisters...hmmmp I didn't like to destroy my havaianas you know :)
Seeing how Josh enjoyed, I invited him to go play at the court nearby...now he is making it a regular thing. I'm just waiting for him to tell me that he again wants to be trained (we enrolled him in 2004 but only finished half of the training as we were scheduled to have a vacation).

Me: what is it babe? Josh: oh never mind Mom...i heard you sigh (which I did), maybe I asks too many questions.
It has always been this way (not the sigh part), whenever we're in the car, Josh talks non-stop. Occasionally he's being joined by his sister Ish. They sound like tweeting birds. I used to tell them, hey I can't concentrate on my driving, can you please lower your voice or just give me some peace and quiet til we reach the place?

Josh: what's a virgin Mom? Me: person who didn't have sex yet (I assumed he knows about the sex part) Josh: oh so that makes me a virgin, and I guess i'm gonna be a virgin forever. Me: and why do you say that? Josh: because I don't want to have annoying kids, just like me!
haha...so he figured he can get annoying sometimes huh =)
I'll be a busy momma nowadays, well only until Friday. It's my kids exam week, yes their finals, and i'm busy helping them out reviewing. School's gonna be until Friday...hurrah! It means: 1. i can go chill out even on weekdays 2. less internet time (i'm using my son's laptop, mine's really jurrasic...i should be doing something about the wifi here, apparently it does not work on d-link, but works on apple which only has one slot) 3. go on regular fitness with the kids this time, maybe jog instead of biking over at MOA every other day 4. watch Gilmore Girls with my daughter 5. play PS2 with my son 6. cook meals for my family (a breather for my angels) 7. bake cookies, lotsa lotsa cookies 8. and the list continues...so I won't run out of blog topics
