important call and you don't have a charger. Nokia instrument comes with

restart with this reserve and your instrument will show a 50% increase
in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your cell next
time.

(2). The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112. * If you find
yourself out of coverage area of your mobile network and there is an

FYI...What Causes Liver Damage

Thursday, June 23, 2005

I got this via email...thought of sharing it with all of you...

The main causes of liver damage are:

Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
Not urinating in the morning.
Too much eating.
Skipping breakfast.
Consuming too much medication.
Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one
sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily
lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Because:
Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am: de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are
sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

STAY HEALTHY!

I'm working on this now, putting aside the hip scarf i started on. You see, none of the tops sold fit me, it's either too big or too small. Since i have the "talent" to make these kinds of stuff (my own claim ok?) and since i have so much idle time, why not make my own right? anyway i'm enjoying every bit of it...

I wonder who's (showbiz) gonna show up next...i guess there's going to be more considering that the owner of the studio Regine Tolentino is an actress/host herself...

On another note, our dog WAFFLE is improving a lot...he showed a great performance today...he's getting better and better everytime we go to his training...and yeah, we are going to have a demo (ER (Eugene Reyes) K-9) on July 2nd at Makro North Harbor and i'm going to be one of the handlers...wish me luck!

Hair Care

Blow drying, heat styling and chemical processes can leave hair dry, brittle and broken. Moisturize the health back into your hair. Our Moisturizing Collection instantly restores moisture, leaving hair more manageable.

I am a victim of that...i own the most abused hair, name it, i've done it all...thanks to my friend Guigi who introduced me to this Infusium 23 hair care line...i tell you, it really works (at least for me)... drawback if any, is that it's not available where i live...i brought home some...that would last me for about 3 months...Mom-in-law is bringing home some too...yay! i might have a year supply...SIMPLY GREAT!

Sleeping "24 hours" almost

Image hosted by Photobucket.com Image hosted by Photobucket.com
I slept quite early the previous night coz i felt the whole world spinning around me...but had to wake up at 8 the following day for a 9 am appointment....on our way, i found myself dozing off again, waking up upon reaching our destination...same thing happened on our way to the restaurant to eat...the same thing happened on our way home...upon reaching home. i couldn't resist the calling of the comfy bed and dozed off again, waking up at 4 pm for a 5 pm appointment this time...i could have dozed off again in the comforts of Marie France's room, but the EDM was too bothersome, i felt that i was being butchered for some reasons...went home, had my dinner, didn't have any plans of sleeping yet, but then dozed off...woke up the next morning feeling REFRESHED! Wee! i can afford to sleep late again, i'm fully RECHARGED!

Lunch...Finally

Wednesday, June 08, 2005

Finally had lunch with one of my college bestfriends Angie at Greenbelt 3...we were joined by Cuz whom she met for the first time...they hit it off instantly like they've known each other from way back...

I seldom see her, not as often as we used to, when she was still staying in Quezon City...she has moved to Las Pinas which is quite far from where we live...we don't get to talk much, or even text each other regularly, but we have maintained that special bond and we both know from the bottom of our hearts that we will be friends forever no matter what...

Photo taken in Dec. 2004...forgot to take pictures as we were so engrossed not much with the food, but with all our stories...hope to have more lunches and dinners with you FRIEND...

Feeling Big Time

Friday, June 03, 2005

I was at the SunCel office today to inquire about their postpaid plans...i asked for the requirements and they told me that provided i have a credit card, it would only take an hour. So i showed them both my credit cards (Bank of the Philippine Islands)...too bad they don't honor it coz the bank is not giving out info.

I texted a friend(?) telling her that i wasn't able to apply for a line since i didn't have the requirements with me. And she goes, what requirements are you talking about...you only need a credit card. So i explained everything to her...

Maybe she didn't quite understand explanation i told her...she called me...and here goes the conversation:

F(?): No, they don't require anything from you, just your credit card.
Me: Yeah i know, but BPI Credit is not under their list since they don't give out any info.
F(?): Noooo, when i presented to them my credit card, they didn't call the company to establish my identity.
Me: You just don't know it, maybe while you were filling up the application form, they did their share of inquiring.
F(?): I don't think so, besides they saw all the phones we had with us.
Me: (pissed) Sorry but i don't have as many phones, i only have 2, besides that is not a gauge at all.
F(?): Plus we showed them that we are platinum holders of Globe.
Me: As if i'm not! The reason that they approved your application right away is because you showed them a credit card that is on their list...otherwise they won't too...it's a shortcut for them and at the same time less hassle for their customers since the card company has established your identity already. That's the reason why they are asking for a credit card, solely for that purpose.
F(?): (feeling big time again) But that card was given to us without asking for any requirements.
Me: If i want one too, i can have it without any requirements...i get calls left and right asking if i want their credit card. It's because i already have an existing card and they don't need any information.

With that, i hurriedly ended the call...there's no use talking to those kinds of people...low IQ!
